Past Dates Steals is operated by ML Wholesale LLC, a limited liability company organized in the United States, based in Brooklyn, NY.
Products
We sell sealed, packaged food and beverage products from major manufacturers, sourced from wholesale closeout and surplus channels. Some products are past their manufacturer's printed best-by, sell-by, or use-by date. Every listing on this store shows the printed date on the case and individual unit — this is the entire premise of the store. The FDA and USDA confirm that with the sole exception of infant formula, dated food does not become unsafe once the printed date passes. We do not sell infant formula.
Product photos, descriptions, and printed dates are provided honestly. If a listing is inaccurate, tell us and we will correct it or refund you.
Pricing and orders
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Once you place an order and receive an order confirmation email, the price on that order is locked in. If a product is out of stock after you order, we refund you within one business day.
We reserve the right to cancel any order — for example, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot ship to. You will be refunded in full when we cancel.

Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ML Wholesale LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of your order is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
