Shipping
All orders ship from our warehouse in Brooklyn, NY within one business day of the order being placed. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Where we ship
United States only — all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Carriers and speed
- USPS Ground Advantage — 3–5 business days, standard for most orders
- USPS Priority Mail — 2–3 business days, offered on heavier orders
- UPS Ground — 3–5 business days, used for larger cases
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as we generate the shipping label — typically same-day.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We do not build hidden margin into shipping — the number you see is what the carrier charges us.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, email shimon3102@gmail.com with your order number. We open a carrier trace and either reship or refund within 48 hours.
