30-Day Returns — Opened or Not
You can return any product for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Opened, unopened, tasted, disliked — it doesn't matter. No restocking fee.
How to return
- Email shimon3102@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
- We'll send a prepaid USPS return label within one business day.
- Refund is issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the return.
Damaged in shipping
If your box arrives crushed, torn, or with contents damaged, don't ship it back. Photograph the damage and email us — we refund immediately.
Best-by dates
Every listing on this store shows the printed best-by date on the case and on the individual unit. Ordering past-best-by product is not a reason we refuse a return — if the product isn't what you expected once it arrives, the 30-day return window covers you.
